Overview

Project Coordinator – Bridge, Tunnel, Marine (North Vancouver, BC). This role is a regular, full‑time hybrid position supporting project management, coordination, and control activities across infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and forecasting, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Support project change and risk management and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage documentation.
• Monitor financial progress of the project, oversee earned value calculations, and examine reporting data.
• Track project financial performance, manage earned value, and produce analysis reports.
• Assist in subcontractor management, invoicing, and contract preparation.
