Project Coordinator - Architectural Cladding (Fabrication)

Benchmark Fabricators is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural façade and cladding projects from award through fabrication and shipment. You'll work closely with clients, installers, architects/GCs, and our internal design + production teams to keep drawings, approvals, and fabrication schedules on track.

Responsibilities

• Track and process shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and approval status.

• Coordinate production priorities with the shop and confirm lead times for materials.

• Maintain project documentation (revisions, specifications, change tracking, delivery notes).

• Coordinate shipping/logistics and delivery timing with site teams/installers.

• Support quality/closeout: punch items, completion confirmations, and as-built updates.
