Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects related to labour disruptions and emergencies
• Work adaptable, long shifts of up to 12 hours
• Manage personnel deployed in challenging situations
• Testify at legal proceedings as required
• Motivate team performance and ensure safety

Requirements

• 1 year of project or emergency management experience
• Prior military or law enforcement background preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
• Ability to work extended hours and on short notice
