Project Coordinator – Construction Restoration
General Accountability
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager of Residential Construction, the Project Coordinator position is responsible for a variety of duties related to job production, emergency response, administrative compliance and quality assurance. The role serves the residential market and occasionally commercial assignments. The Project Coordinator liaises with estimators, project managers, project management associates, and administrative, project controls, and accounting personnel. Expected to coordinate superior customer service with vendor sub‑trades and work with clients to ensure timely completion of a quality and profitable reconstruction project, whilst maintaining accurate and complete file management records, functionally and financially.
