Role Overview
The Project Controls Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the financial commercial and administrative governance of supervision projects. The role focuses on ensuring robust control of timesheets invoicing payment tracking project profitability intercompany coordination and contractual documentation across multiple supervision assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Financial & Commercial Controls
- Monitor and follow up on timesheet submissions and approvals across all supervision projects to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track invoice submissions and maintain structured invoicing logs.
- Maintain and regularly update the payment status register.
- Identify outstanding or overdue payments and elevate to management for timely action.
- Compile project cost and revenue data and prepare periodic Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for supervision projects.
