**Assignment Description**
Working in the Project Services group, this position will assist the Topsides Cost Controller in the execution and management of Vendor Services.
Support will include: assisting in Cost Stewardship & Report development; maintaining files/logs/registers to monitor budget utilization, budget changes, purchase orders, incurred costs, invoices, and forecasts; assisting in identification of Forecast Changes; Purchase Order (PO) administration incl.
requisition initiation; Incurred Cost valuation and Accrual Development; Change Management submissions/reviews/approvals; CTR/Timesheet approvals/tracking; Invoice Attest; Presentation material development.
**Responsibilities**:
The Project Controls Cost Technician supports the Topsides Cost Controller for the Project, with focus on Vendor Services.
