We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Administrator to be based out of our Edmonton, AB office. This position will be reporting to the Corporate Project Controls Manager. The Project Controls Administrator provides administrative, billing, cost tracking, and project support services to both Operations and Project Controls. This position is responsible for ensuring project information is accurate, customer invoicing is completed on time, project documentation is properly maintained, and operational teams receive the support required to successfully execute projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, Operations, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Customers, and Field Personnel to support project performance and cash flow.
