Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, revenue, and overall project performance
- Prepare and maintain project financial reports, accruals, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Manage client invoicing activities, including billing preparation, submission, tracking, and coordination of payment follow-ups
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, deliverables, risks, and commercial performance
- Ensure billing, revenue recognition, and project activities align with contractual terms and company processes
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting data throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve project, billing, or reporting issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and overall project control activities to support successful project delivery
