Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and deliverables aligned with the Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Monitor schedule performance and identify critical path impacts.
• Coordinate schedule updates with the technical engineering team.

Progress Measurement & Reporting

• Measure physical and financial progress against the baseline plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide insights on schedule delays, cost overruns, and performance trends.

Variation (Change Order) Management

• Identify, track, and manage project variations and change orders.
• Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of variations.
• Prepare variation estimates, supporting documentation, and justifications.
