Overview
The Project Controls Manager (PCM) is a key leadership and operational position within the Project Management Team responsible for achieving successful commercial outcomes. The PCM works closely with the Project Director/Manager and Project Services Manager, where applicable, and oversees all commercial aspects of the project, leading the effective deployment of Project Controls systems and culture. The role further supports and collaborates closely with Contracts Management to ensure integration and consistency of Risk & Opportunity, Planning, Cost Control, Document Control, and Change Management.
