We are seeking a senior Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance management for a major luxury residential development. This role is central to ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery through accurate schedules, disciplined cost control, and clear visibility of project risks and progress. You will coordinate closely with planning, procurement, commercial, engineering, finance, and site teams to maintain strong control systems and support strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all project control functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules and manage schedule updates (Primavera P6).
- Monitor project costs, commitments, and cost‑to‑complete forecasts.
