Role summary
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for leading all project control functions across major ADNOC offshore projects, including planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, progress measurement, and performance reporting. The role provides management with accurate project visibility and supports timely decision‑making to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage the project controls framework, policies, procedures, and reporting systems for offshore EPC/EPCI projects
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and forecasting activities
