Project Control Coordinator – Mining Environmental Group (MEG) – Vancouver Office

Brings an opportunity to support teams of engineers and scientists on complex technical projects. Specific duties include the following:

• Review Go-No-Go and track approval to initiate proposal project and budget.
• Liaise with project manager for complete, accurate and approved engineering agreements, contracts, purchase order, and Project Management Plan from award through project opening to closeout activities.
• Monitor compliance of purchase order, change order, contract, authorized project management with ISO registered management system.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, completion of project management plan and work with business unit accountant to complete the project setup.
