Could you be the full-time Project Contract Manager in Madrid? We’re looking for you to apply your Contract Management expertise to cutting‑edge projects and provide leadership in contract/claim management and risk mitigation, including extensions of time, variations, changes and technical leadership in signalling projects.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Project Core Team:
Carefully analyze the contract to drive implementation of contract and claim management strategies, protecting Alstom’s interests while meeting business objectives.
Monitor projects for contract obligations and support scheduling to meet contractual milestones.
Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and manage correspondence with third parties.
