Position Overview
Alstom seeks a full‑time Project Contract Manager in Madrid to lead contract and claim management, risk mitigation, and technical leadership in signalling projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts and develop contract/claim management strategies aligned with Alstom’s business objectives.
- Monitor contract obligations and support project schedule monitoring to achieve contractual milestones.
- Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and analyze correspondence with third parties.
- Track, record, and notify third parties of claims/counterclaims, preparing documentation for negotiations.
- Report on contract management and claims activities to the project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
- Ensure Contract Management KPIs are reported within the required deadlines.
