Project Contract Manager – Madrid
Full‑time position in Madrid responsible for contract and claim management in Alstom’s signalling projects, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and support for project schedule and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze contracts, build and execute contract and claim management strategies, and protect Alstom interests while aligning with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress towards contract obligations and support schedule monitoring to achieve contractual milestones.
- Issue contractual notices in a timely manner and manage correspondence with third parties.
- Track, record, and notify third parties about claims/counterclaims; prepare and manage documentation for negotiations.
