Project Assistant (Project Administrator)
The Project Administrator is accountable for assisting the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Estimator and Superintendent with documentation, submittals, day‑to‑day activities, project administration duties and helping to minimize their task work. This position is based in the Edmonton, AB Office and requires occasional site visits.
Responsibilities
- Change order pricing and documentation
- Obtain and process all submittals and RFIs
- Document management and control
- Draft minutes of meetings, contracts and correspondence
- Ensure accurate and timely project administration including pricing change orders, tracking requests for information, processing shop drawings, document control and communication to all stakeholders
