Project Assistant, Clinical Services

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Professional Practice, the Project Assistant, Clinical Services supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of large‑scale clinical initiatives within the hospital setting. This role works closely with clinical project leadership and sponsors to facilitate the successful delivery of complex corporate clinical projects. The Project Assistant acts as a central liaison between internal clinical stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective communication, training coordination, project execution, and timely completion of the safe introduction of new clinical equipment and practices.

• Assist in planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of corporate clinical projects and initiatives, including organization‑wide implementation of Alaris IV infusion pumps and conversion to Nexiva IV peripheral IV catheters.
