Responsibilities for Project Architect :
- Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
- Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
- Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
- Assist in tender process
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project
What you will need as Project Architect :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations. <...
