As a **Project Analyst**, you will be responsible for the administration and reporting of physical progress and costs of each of the projects, as well as the generation of purchase requests.
You will also be responsible for addressing deviations and administrative observations to the projects notified by the support areas (Finance, Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable).
This position reports to the Project Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate reports on physical progress and cost of each of the projects
- Generate and validate the carryover, savings and efficiency indicators for the projects in progress
- Enter the purchase order requests for each project and for each plant
- Report monthly to the management and project directorate on the progress and financial reports
**Qualifications**
- More than 2 years of work experience in infrastructure project supervision activities
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
