**Assignment Description**
- Admin Correspondance on allocated projects in the MOD-portfolio
- Liaison on relevant tasks with ICT
- POC for PIMS Correspondance when required
- Training of internal/external users when required on correspondence
- Support DCC/LCI-discipline when required
- Support relevant technical/system-processes as required
- Mail distribution lists, holiday overviews and other overviews as required
- Responsible for MODS teamsites and intranet for updates when required
- Support resource overviews and office locations
- Support meetings when required and facilitate for townhalls
