In this crucial role reporting to the Project Director, you will facilitate seamless project operations. Responsibilities include employee time entry in a union setting, generating reports, and organizing meetings. You will also coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance collaboration and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee time entries for weekly payroll
• Produce daily LEMs for customer approvals
• Provide billing support on a weekly and monthly basis
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Track project expenses and maintain logs
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
