Key Responsibilities
- Support the Change Manager in preparing and consolidating monthly change management reports for internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to collect, validate, and submit operational and project reports within established timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc management reports.
- Assist Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) in generating project status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for customer and management meetings.
- Facilitate communication and follow‑ups with stakeholders to ensure reporting deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain document control processes and ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.
