Role Overview

Programs Manager responsible for planning, execution, and evaluation of DMZ programs to support entrepreneurs, partners, and the university community.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the Director, Programs and DMZ management to ensure consistent programs, alignment with DMZ culture, and achievement of mission, vision, and goals.
• Operationally manage DMZ programs, from planning to implementation and delivery.
• Lead overall planning, development, and execution of year‑round DMZ programs and initiatives to engage the target audience and establish DMZ as a hub for tech innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Define and develop program scope and objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and manage the screening, onboarding, and exit processes for start‑ups to ensure integration into DMZ culture and alignment with program goals.
