Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, engineering, partners, and channel teams across Singapore, India, and Europe.
