Power for the People (PFP) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Programmes Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of community-based programmes across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This is a key role in a small organisation: the postholder will ensure programmes are delivered safely and effectively, support and manage Programme Coordinators, and ensure strong learning and accountability across projects. Working with the CEO and SMT, the role will also contribute to strengthening programme systems, SOPs, MEL practice and reporting as PFP continues to grow.
