Programmer/ Developer - Operations

Educational Background Bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering (IMA), Mechanical Engineering (IME), Industrial and Systems Engineering (IIS), Industrial and Administrative Engineering (IIA), Chemical Engineering (IQA), or related fields.
English proficiency
Work Experience
~1 years of experience as a Production Programmer in manufacturing companies.
~ Inventory management experience.
~ Advanced Excel skills.
~ Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and Quality Systems.
~ Experience with Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, Kaizen events, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders: receipt, scheduling, and delivery date follow-up.
Develop production schedules.
Manage changes to production plans and/or delivery dates based on customer or plant requests.
