A valid security clearance at the level of Secret. A minimum of 10 (ten) years of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Analyst. A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years in C++/C# using MS Visual Studio for application development. A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years in Oracle PL SQL for application development. A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years developing (20,000 users with 2000+ concurrent users) HRMS applications. A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years programming using 2 tier Oracle broker technology.
