Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of training programmes across multiple regions and venues.
• Manage and liaise with a large pool of trainers, facilitators, and partners.
• Oversee training schedules, trainer deployment, logistics, and session readiness.
• Ensure alignment between programme design, trainer delivery, and operational timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in training coordination, programme operations, or project management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale training programmes with multiple trainers and locations.
• Willing and able to travel frequently nationwide.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur.
