Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programme operations, participant onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Track participant enrolment, progress, and programme milestones.
- Handle participant and stakeholder enquiries, providing timely support and issue resolution.
- Provide first-line support for the programme's digital platform.
- Coordinate programme logistics, communications, and administrative documentation.
- Support marketing initiatives, participant communications, and engagement reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
