Programme Manager (PMO)

Establish and lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) including governance frameworks, reporting structures, RAID logs, and escalation protocols.

Chair steering committee meetings and provide executive‑level programme status reporting to C‑level and ministry stakeholders.

Own the master programme plan, milestone schedule, and critical path management across all ICX workstreams including CRM, Billing, Mobile App, Web Portal, Smart Metering, AI Chatbot, Omnichannel, FSM and GIS, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Migration.

Manage overall programme budget, forecast, and cost control in alignment with contractual obligations.

Identify, assess, and mitigate programme‑level risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints in a structured and proactive manner.
