Programme Manager, Human Health Talent Growth

SGInnovate is seeking a driven individual to lead its Human Health and Potential Talent Programme, aimed at building the talent pipeline in the biomedical space. You will facilitate the integration of technical talent into partner startups, ensuring successful placements while working closely with founders to address their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and have at least 2 years of experience in the Biotech and Medtech ecosystems. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
