• Lead and oversee the efficient and effective programme management of the consulting programmes we execute with agencies
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, resource allocation, and programme roadmaps to optimise team output and impact
• Develop and implement best practices for consulting engagement lifecycles, from intake to delivery and post‑engagement review leveraging established Programme Management methodologies, e.g. PMI
