Responsibilities
- Own preparation for OPEX-led meetings including agendas, attendance, and pre-read materials
- Maintain recurring governance calendars and coordinate complex stakeholder schedules
- Create structured meeting minutes and decision logs distributed within 24 hours
- Translate meeting outputs into Asana tasks, sub-tasks, and deadlines
- Track action item completion and escape overdue items to the Director
- Manage the OPEX team's operating calendar, shared inbox, and Slack routing
- Facilitate weekly team check‑ins and ensure meeting purpose and ownership
Requirements
- Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, or International Relations
- Experience coordinating events, managing schedules, or supporting senior stakeholders
