Job Description
You will be a partner to our client and the respective stakeholders to deliver effective course management services towards achieving their operational objectives. You will carry out your responsibility and efficiently.
Pre-Course
• Liaise with Course Coordinator/Business Development team on class schedule
• Course run/intake creation in training management system & publish course on website
Course Registration
• Monitor enrolment and provide weekly update
• Verify and follow up on applicants’ minimum entry requirements and documents
• Liaise with applicants/companies on course registration matters including payment matters
Course Confirmation
• Send confirmation email to applicants and billing for company sponsored applicants
Course Preparation
• Upload timetable in training management system
• Liaise with Course Coordinator on course notes and other course logistics
