Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, you will be responsible for enhancing employer-apprentice relationships while facilitating their successful onboarding into apprenticeships. Your role includes representing SOY at industry events and developing collaborations that expand apprenticeship access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships within SOY’s Group Sponsorship program
• Onboard and mentor new apprentices and employers
• Assess and meet employer workforce needs
• Represent the organization at events and workshops
• Oversee program performance and tracking
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge or experience in apprenticeship systems
• 3–5 years in recruitment or relationship management
