Program Support Officer-Reporting

About the Role:
The Program Support Officer (Reporting) supports the delivery of operational reports that inform decision-making across the Dispute Resolution Division of the Building and Plumbing Commission. Working in a small team, they help develop and monitor data quality, manage business data, and provide system support to ensure high-quality service delivery to stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
Analyse service delivery data using Power BI to identify trends, issues, and insights for stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc operational reports to support decision-making.
* Provide timely, evidence-based reporting, recommendations, and responses to data enquiries.
* Support and maintain systems (Dynamics 365), including templates, troubleshooting, updates, and contribution to projects and team initiatives.
