Responsibilities
- Manage the centralized mailbox and monitor incoming requests.
- Assess, categorize, and prioritize tickets based on urgency, risk, and service level requirements.
- Identify the appropriate owner and assign tickets to Program Coordinators.
- Maintain work instructions, SOPs, trackers, templates, and process references to support consistent execution.
- Extract scheduled reports and coordinate assignment to Program Coordinators.
- Manage critical issues and escalations requiring immediate attention.
- Collaborate with team leaders and other specialists to support smooth operations and timely issue resolution for contractors and suppliers.
