Program Quality Leader - San José Iturbide, Gto. - ensuring highest quality standards for automotive programs.
Responsibilities- Identify initial Program Quality objectives, develop quality management plans, and ensure regular follow-up.
- Achieve quality objectives, including Safety & Regulation and Environmental standards, and cascade them to suppliers.
- Monitor objective achievement through risk assessment (FMEA, special characteristics, capabilities, PPM, etc.).
- Have authority to halt process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance.
- Approve Design Validation Plans and Production Validation Tests, ensuring completion according to program milestones.
- Lead development and production of measurement, checking, and testing fixtures and gauges.
- Define control plans and ensure conformity, perceived quality, and traceability of parts delivered to the customer.
