Responsibilities

• Direct the overarching IT obsolescence program
• Synchronize efforts of multiple project managers
• Assess inter-system dependencies and risks
• Shape the IT roadmap through negotiation with VP IT
• Report progress to the steering committee regularly

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT project/program management experience
• Background in Quebec insurance is essential
• Experience in decommissioning legacy systems
• Expertise in both waterfall and Protected methodologies
• Bilingual in French and English
