The role requires strong leadership, program management, and technical expertise, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects, manage risks, and drive operational efficiency. It also focuses on continuous improvement, enhancing service delivery productivity, reducing costs, and improving customer experience and revenue performance through strategic analysis and innovation.
