The Must-Haves
- 4 to 8 years of proven Program/Project Management experience
- Prior experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and requirements-gathering abilities
- Basic understanding of End-to-End (E2E) compensation processes (M&A experience is a massive plus!)
