Program Manager - Subcontracting Contracts

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Subcontracts at Lockheed Martin Canada Inc., the Program Manager - Subcontracts is responsible for managing assigned subcontract contracts and leading the teams that manage those contracts.

• Ensure the performance of programs for all assigned subcontractors
• Establish controls and measures for all assigned subcontracts
• Carry out and support subcontract risk mitigation efforts
• Ensure subcontractors meet or exceed industrial and technological benefits and the Canadian Value Proposition objectives for program procurements
• Act as Director, Cost Accounting, for reporting on subcontracts or material, and ensure source selection and program management leadership teams are informed of progress and corrective action plans
