THE ROLE
You will be highly driven and leading complex, cross-functional programs that enable successful product launches and manufacturing execution. You will be at the center of semiconductor product lifecycle execution, from new product introduction (NPI) through production ramp. You will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external partners to translate strategy into action, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule and with high quality. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to deliver program objectives and products on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you will influence decision‑making, solve complex challenges, and drive alignment across global teams. You will gain deep exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, product development, and operations while working on cutting‑edge technologies and product launches.
