Job Summary

We’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Flex Juarez North. Reporting to the Sr. Business Unit Director, this role will be responsible for leading and executing customer requirements and delivering the projected value to Flex and its customers using company tools and initiatives, maintaining business relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Typical day

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherence related to product development timelines, delivery, quality and required business metrics.
