- Responsible for program business plan, analysis and target costing following Global Project Management System processes and rules. Set clear targets for each division/department, coordinate the roadmap implementation with related responsible and follow-up results to be reported to Management.
- Facilitate communication between Global and Regional BU and manufacturing to ensure action plan is in place to meet the targets.
