The opportunity:
- Program Leadership & Governance
- Define and maintain program governance structure, including steering committees and workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to corporate strategy, compliance, and ERP modernization objectives.
- Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery: design, build, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
