Program Manager

Role Summary

The PM sequences the agentification transformation against the live offer calendar so neither workstream starves the other. OLG must simultaneously deliver Q2 Q3's $6 7M iGCR target and overhaul the operating system underneath. Platform team dependencies historically take 3 4 weeks per handoff when unmanaged. This role manages the sequencing, dependency tracking, and escalation cadence that keeps both workstreams on track. Reports to Herwin; coordinates daily with the Integration Engineer, Workflow Codifier, and cross-functional partners (Analytics, Pricing Ops, eComm Platforms).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery plan: map the agentification workstream (integrations, playbooks, validations) against the live experiment calendar, identifying conflicts and sequencing decisions weekly.
