Program Manager / Portfolio Manager

The Program/Portfolio Manager is the client-facing delivery owner responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and programmes. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, client relationship management, commercial governance, and executive escalation handling.

You will act as the bridge between the client, client stakeholders, partners and internal delivery teams to ensure programmes are delivered successfully, commercially governed correctly, and escalations are resolved proactively. You will manage Statements of Work, delivery governance, stakeholder communication, contractual alignment, and portfolio health across multiple concurrent engagements.

This is a senior operator role for someone who understands how enterprise programmes run in reality — balancing client expectations, delivery execution, commercials, risks, and executive relationships simultaneously.
