About the Role:
As the Program Manager People Strategy, you will play a pivotal organisation-wide role in designing and driving the execution of the Building and Plumbing Commission's (BPC) People Strategy. Sitting within the People Experience team, this role is responsible for translating the BPC's strategic priorities into a clear, integrated and evidence-based people agenda that builds leadership capability, strengthens culture, enhances employee experience and supports organisational performance.
Working closely with People & Culture SME's and senior business leaders, you will draw on insights to define priorities and design a cohesive people strategy and roadmap that aligns workforce outcomes with organisational goals. You will influence decision-making across the organisation, ensuring strategic investments are focused where they will have the greatest impact.
